Payment Policy
Paypal is my preferred method of payment. If you do not have an account Paypal will allow you to pay with your credit or debit card.
If you have any questions regarding payment please contact me. I can also make phone orders. Shipping will occur within 2 days of payment clearing.
You will receive a tracking number when your order is being prepared for shipment, we can only manage cancellations up to that point.
Shipping Policy
Shipping will occur within 2 days of payment clearing. Unless other arraignments have been made.
Please make sure your Paypal address is the correct address. This will be the address your item is shipped to unless otherwise instructed.
Refunds and Exchanges
While all sales are final please let us know if you have any problems with your purchase.
Refunds will be handled on a case by case basis. If you are in any way unhappy with your purchase when it arrives please contact me ASAP.
If your kit is missing any items, please let us know, we will work with you to get the missing items. We will also walk you through the kit building process.
If any refunds are made please allow up to 7 business days for processing, exact processing speed will depend on your payment method through Etsy or Paypal, and the banks involved.
Your refund will be the full purchase price less shipping.
